 Yair Cohen has been working in the ESG arena for over a decade. He has worked with many of the leading companies in Israel on the development of their ESG strategy, program implementation, and reporting & index ratings. 

Yair served as the Head of ESG and Sustainability Services at EY and was the Director of the Maala ESG Index from 2010-2021.

He is an expert in working with organizations to identify material issues and implement customized ESG programs that have an impact from day one.
